Quality System: Saturn’s Quality System is based upon the International Organization for Standardization, ISO 9001:2008, “Quality System Model for Quality Assurance in Production and Installation."
Quality Policy: To provide product and services to our customer that meet or exceed there expextations, as well as the requirments of ISO-9001: 2008, and to continusly improve on this objective.
Quality Practices: Saturn’s Operation Practices Manual contains practices supporting the Saturn Machine Incorporated Quality Program Manual and ISO 9001:2008.
Quality Procedures: Saturn’s Operation Procedures Manual contains procedures that detail how individuals within a specific area perform their responsibilities. The content of these procedures will vary depending upon the specific need, process or function.
Quality Planning: Saturn’s Quality System has been structured to accommodate the purchasing, receiving, manufacturing, and inspection requirements, functions and processes as a generic quality plan. In most cases, the quality plan may be formatted as one or all of the following depending upon the complexity of the item or function
